Volunteers

If you would like to volunteer in our school, please contact the office for the necessary paperwork.  This process can be lengthy so please do not wait till the last minute for your request. 

Volunteers are always appreciated!  If you are already on our Approved Volunteer list and would like to remain on it for this school year you MUST submit an Annual Offence Declaration form asap.  This form is available in the school office.

  •  This announcement is for the runners that qualified for tomorrow’s cross country race at Mount St. Louis.  Please meet in Mr. McLean’s room at the beginning of 2nd break to get a jersey for tomorrow and to go over a few details for the race.  Good luck tomorrow representing Birchview at this elite event.  
  •   Everyone has been doing a fantastic job during our junior volleyball intramural play.  Today is the team tryout! Please check the gym door to see if your name is posted.  If it is, please come to the gym during second nutrition break.  Bring your lunch and be prepared to play.  Unfortunately not everyone can try out this year, but please continue to come to your scheduled days to practice your skills!
  •   Upstairs recyclers for this week are Austin and Noah from Mrs. Rowes grade 6 class.  Down stairs recyclers for this week are Anna and Madison from Mr. Pikes grade 7 class.
  •  Also a reminder to please remove straws from Drinkin boxes and tin foil tops from pudding and jello cups.
  •   The Wasaga Beach Youth Centre is here tomorrow.  They will meet with any interested grade 7’s at second nutrition break.
