•  Today is Waste Free Wednesday. Did you remember to eliminate garbage and recycling from your lunch today? Whose class will win the trophies this week? Stay tuned tomorrow for the results. Eco Team Projects crew please come to Mr. Pinkerton’s class following announcements.

•  Attention all Eco Team Recyclers…that is all students who signed up for a shift at the recycling depots. All students who signed up for a recycling shift need to review the sign up page posted outside the gym doors or upstairs by the elevator and make sure they show up each day for their 2 week shift.

• Remember to bring in your or your family’s old or broken cell phones and deposit them into the blue box in the front foyer.

•  ​Just a reminder for Youth Club tomorrow after school for those students who have signed up.

•  There is an anti-bullying team meeting tomorrow in Mrs. Napasney’s room at 10:35. Remember to bring your lunches!

• ​The junior girls played in their third mini tournament of the season last night. They played two games against Worsley and New Lowell. They played very well as a team; passing and using set plays taught in practice. Congratulations girls you displayed true sportsmanship and represented your school well. Special thanks to Reece B. for time keeping and Kirk F. for taking photos.

•  Intermediate girl’s basketball today at second nutrition break. Please wait for Ms. Czaikowski before entering the gym.​

•  Yesterday 8 students participated in the county cross country race at Duntroon Highlands. They endured a variety of weather conditions – from heavy fog, to constant rain, and wind as well. The trails were very muddy which made walking the trails tricky, so running the races was extremely difficult. However, our team did a fantastic job and should be very proud of themselves. Some top performances were: Michael G placed 40th, Meghan H came in 13th, Josh F was 12th, and Lauren M finished 15th. Congratulations also to Sami L, Patrick P, Riley M, and Owen M. You all should be proud of yourselves for making it to the final cross country race. Thanks for a great season!!
